Nathan Draper, founder and CEO of Draper Custom Homes in Dallas, Texas, specializes in immaculately crafted homes that reflect the distinct personalities of its homeowners. As a third-generation homebuilder, he spent years working side-by-side with his father, a seasoned homebuilder in East Texas. During this apprenticeship, Nathan learned the details of each and every trade within construction. From foundations and framing to cabinetry and pristine trim finish out, Nathan ensures a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Nathan understands that a home is far more than a sum of its parts. It’s a dwelling in which family memories are celebrated and where neighbors become friends, so he helps clients on both the big and small decisions to ensure that the homebuilding process is seamless, stress-free and focused on the family’s specific style and needs.
Nathan’s post-graduate professional experience began in environmental engineering for corporate America, and in 2004, he started Draper Construction and Land Development in East Texas, which specializes in turnkey residential subdivisions. In recent years, he expanded into Dallas with Draper Custom Homes, and, in total, has developed, bought and sold more than 100 properties.
Nathan holds a BS from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from LeTourneau University. He and his wife, Ann Jane, along with their twin daughters, live in Midway Hollow, surrounded by neighbors (now friends) who live in homes built by Draper Custom Homes.
